Homemade DIY Natural Livestock Fly Spray

It's that time of the year: fly season. Our goats and Coco the horse are pretty miserable a lot of the time thanks to the flies. But don't worry, there's an oil for that!

Here's my DIY Livestock Fly Spray Recipe:

• 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar

• 2 tsp dish soap (your choice)

• 10 drops each lavender, peppermint, and tea tree (Melaleuca) essential oil

• 16 oz. glass spray bottle (I got mine from Amazon)

• Water

Add the apple cider vinegar, dish soap, and essential oils to the spray bottle. Top with water.

Simple and easy.

Before applying, swirl the bottle gently to mix any liquid separation. Careful around eyes and mouths so as not to cause unnecessary irritation.
