The Yuletide Five
These kittens are from a mixed litter, who were found dumped next to a major road in our county. Local county animal control found them, but all were very sick with upper respiratory infections, with one needing to be humanely euthanized at the emergency vet. We took them in since we had more resources to devote to their care, and it’s been a slow but successful recovery. Because of their slow recovery, they are slightly behind on their vaccination schedule, but all are or will be spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated (FVCP + FeLV & rabies), and microchipped upon adoption. See below for descriptions and information for each one.
Yukon
Yukon is a big tuxedo boy that immediately wants to be all in your space for snuggles. Very playful and not scared of much. Full of personality! We couldn't even get him to hold still long enough and far enough away from the camera before he had to come say hi. He’d probably enjoy an active household where he’ll get lots of people time.
Age: 5 months on Sept 13
Vaccinations: has received 2 of 3 FVCP + FeLV with the last coming Oct 1; rabies will be administered when neutered
Neuter: scheduled for September 30
Nester
A very sweet loving boy who is sure of himself. He’s the kind of playful that will knock things off the counter and splash in his water bowl. Once he gets his energy out though, he’s a lounger, sprawling out for a good nap. Also loves a good snuggle session and may get in a few licks of love. Does have a watery eye but it causes him no issues.
Age: 5 months on Sept 20
Vaccinations: has received 2 of 3 FVCP + FeLV with the last coming Oct 1; rabies will be administered when neutered
Neuter: scheduled for September 30
Buddy
Buddy is the most timid of the bunch, but once he warms up to you, watch out for your ears! He loves to suckle on earlobes and make biscuits on your neck. He is so stinking sweet. He’s also a “talker” and both chirps and meows regularly. Because of Buddy’s timid nature, he *must* be adopted with one of his siblings to set him up for success.
Age: 5 months on Sept 20
Vaccinations: has received 2 of 3 FVCP + FeLV with the last coming Oct 1; rabies will be administered when neutered
Neuter: scheduled for September 30
Dasher
This calico girl is a big love bug and loves to play. Very confident and sure of herself. She’s curious and loves to check out everything. She has a personality that will make you easily fall in love with her.
Age: 5 months on Sept 13
Vaccinations: has received 2 of 3 FVCP + FeLV with the last coming Oct 1; rabies will be administered when spayed
Spay: currently on a waiting list for our local spay/neuter clinic but can be moved up sooner if an adoption is depending; we *will* be ensuring she is spayed before going home.
Bells
Bells is a bit shy and reserved at first but once she warms up, she’s quite playful and loves to snuggle on your lap. She's on the smaller side, so we don't expect her to get very big. She will do better with a more chill household. Would be great to send her with one of her more confident siblings but not required.
